Strategic Plan Update | April 2014
SVM
Focus on New and Modified Initiatives

Dean Markel

I have been asked to provide a summary of the new and modified initiatives for the school's Strategic Plan, as highlighted in my six-month progress report message.

There have been a number of initiatives that we have successfully completed, whereas many others have been significantly modified based on discussions on how best to achieve a particular initiative in support of a strategic priority.

Therefore I have developed a summary of our new initiatives for 2014-16 as well as a description of the substantially modified initiatives in support of our strategic plan and those initiatives that we have successfully completed and or eliminated. All of this information is also available online for your reference at any time. As always, if you have any questions regarding this summary, please do not hesitate to contact me.
