2026 SVM Tailgate

Join us at the School of Veterinary Medicine on Saturday, September 19, 2026, to enjoy traditional Wisconsin tailgate fare, celebrate the 2026 Alumni Achievement Award recipients, tour SVM North, hang out with Bucky, and more at this family-friendly event!

Kickoff for the Wisconsin Badgers vs. Eastern Michigan Eagles is set for 11:30 a.m.

Tailgate tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children aged 12 years old and under, or tailgate + football game tickets are $40 per person. There is a limit of six game tickets per party.

Lodging

We have a group block reserved at the Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison (2424 University Ave) for the nights of 9/18/2026 and 9/19/2026.

Guests may call the hotel directly at 608-233-8778 and select option #4 and reference their group code (3296-1) to make a reservation. Guests may also use the online booking link.

Any guestrooms unaccounted for by 12:00 p.m. on 08/28/2026 will be released back to the hotel’s general inventory.
