Research Focus

My research program integrates epidemiology, qualitative methods, and outreach to examine how workplace dynamics influence dairy cattle health and wellbeing. I use a veterinary lens to study how management practices, communication, and team interactions shape herd management, while advancing practical, evidence based solutions with farm teams. Additionally, I investigate lameness and hoof health, focusing on cow comfort and collaborative approaches to improve hoof health outcomes on dairy farms.
