Research Focus

My laboratory focuses on identifying unique susceptibilities in cancer cells harboring the DNAJB1-PRKACA gene fusion to identify new therapies for cancers caused by this gene fusion. Specifically, we use in vitro, in vivo and patient cancer-derived model systems to understand how DNAJB1-PRKACA promotes cancer cell growth and spread.
