Responsibilities
Dr. Karls provides diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients of UW Veterinary Care’s Primary Care Service. She also instructs and trains veterinary students and post-graduate trainees during their clinical rotations in Primary Care.

Dr. Karls's clinical interests include primary care, especially dentistry, preventive care and client education.
