Veterinary Medicine Building
11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Held outside the Veterinary Medicine Building (in the courtyard outside the main entrance), this family-friendly, all-alumni picnic featuring traditional Wisconsin fare of brats and Babcock ice cream. Vegetarian items will be available.

Lodging
We have group block reserved at the Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison; 2424 University Ave Madison, WI 53726 for the nights of 6/25/27 and 6/26/27.
Guests may call the hotel directly at 608-233-8778 and select option #4 and reference their group code (3472-1). Guests may also use the online booking link.
Reservations for attendees must be received on or before 6/3/2027.
Parking
Parking will be available for a nominal fee in Lot 67 (2002 Linden Drive) across the street from the event. Additional parking options can be found at: transportation.wisc.edu.
