Choosing a teaching method:  Over time, every teacher develops his or her own style;  what works for one instructor doesn’t necessarily work for another.  Gather our best teachers together, and you will find among them a wide range of methods (discussion, lecture, case-based), media (overheads, PowerPoint, handouts), class participation (group presentations, pop-quizzes, learning games) and humor.  Start with the method with which you are most comfortable, then as you gain confidence, you can experiment!
