Oliver Ginther

    Research Areas:
Folliculogenesis in cattle and many aspects of reproductive biology in mares. Transrectal ultrasonography is a principle research tool.

    Research Description:
Transvaginal ultrasonography is used to manipulate the ovarian follicular populations. Hormonal assays are done to assess the gonadotropins and ovarian steroids and their roles in reproductive events.
